MY HCG DIET - Phase 2 

Phase 2 of the hCG Diet lasts for 23 days or 43 days depending on how much weight you want to lose and how long you prefer to diet.


20 days using hCG injections, pellets or drops. The last three days of MyHCGDiet is without any hCG.
40 days using hCG injections, pellets or drops. The last three days of MyHCGDiet is without any hCG.

For Day 21 thru 23 or 41 thur 43  you will stop taking hCG and continue to eat the foods specified below. This gives the hCG time to leave your system before you move on to Phase 3.
 
A word about the foods that are allowed during your hCG diet. As the diet has evolved and become popular, others have added other foods to this list or increased the caloric intake. Please keep in mind that Dr. Simeions' hCG diet food list is very specific, very limited and very low in calories (500 per day). The hCG allowed food list is, NO fat, VERY low carb and HIGH protein which allows for optimal fat loss in the shortest amount of time. Eating only the foods listed below guarantees that your MyHCGDiet will be successful. Introducing foods that are not on this list reduces the success and adds a level of frustration.
 

My HCG Diet - Phase 2 Meal List 

BREAKFAST

  • Coffee - as much as you want - Truvia may be used as a sweetener
  • Tea - as much as you want - Truvia may be used as a sweetener
  • Only one tablespoon of milk is allowed in 24 hours
  • Water is essential, a minimum of 8 - 8 oz glasses per day
  • Water flushes the fat from your body
 

MID-MORNING SNACK

  • An apple, orange, one half grapefruit, or a handful of strawberries
  • One grissini breadstick or one Melba toast 
    • Water is essential, a minimum of 8 - 8 oz glasses per day
    • Water flushes the fat from your body
 

LUNCH

MEAT - Weigh before cooking - 100 grams ( or 3.5 oz) of the following lean protein sources:

  • Veal
  • Beef (all fat must be removed)
  • Chicken Breast (all fat must be removed)
  • Fresh white fish
  • Lobster
  • Crab
  • Shrimp
 

VEGETABLES (2 Cups)

  • Asparagus
  • Beet Greens
  • Cabbage
  • Celery
  • Chard
  • Chicory
  • Cucumbers
  • Fennel
  • Lettuce
  • Onions
  • Red Radishes
  • Spinach
  • Tomatoes


MID-AFTERNOON SNACK

  • An apple, orange, one half grapefruit, or a handful of strawberries

DINNER - same choices as lunch (above)

FREE FOODS - eat as much as you want

  • Beef Broth (fat free)
  • Chicken Broth (fat free)
  • Vegetable Broth (fat free)
  • Coffee - Truvia may be used as a sweetener
  • Tea - Truvia may be used as a sweetener
  • Green Tea (helps burn fat)

 

EXERCISE

  • Light and non strenuous exercise while on the hCG injections diet is good for you and your overall well being
  • Regular exercise helps to improve your mood by releasing endorphins in the brain which gives you a natural high or good mood feeling. This good mood feeling may extend to you feeling better about yourself and about your hcg diet goals.
  • While on the hCG diet you are helping yourself control your blood pressure, diabetes and other diseases. Exercise also helps to combat chronic disease thus adding to your health and well being.
  • Among the most common illnesses we all have that is at the root of many ailments and disease is stress. Stress is the #1 way we invite ailments and disease into our bodies.
  • Exercise releases endorphins and serotonin. Both endorphins and serotonin effect our mood. Endorphins, a opiate protein, helps us to elevate our mood and reduce pain. Serotonin is a pleasure hormone that is produced when we are relaxed or sleeping. When we are stressed or facing a lot of anxiety, the brain doesn’t produce serotonin. Exercise can release your stress allowing you to relax and reduce your stress levels.
  • While on the hCG diet (follow Dr. Simeons Pounds and Inches) adding exercise to your hCG diet protocol will aid you further in your overall health.
  • Please keep in mind that you are only eating about 500 calories daily so trying to do strenuous exercise during this time might not be a good idea. However, some feel that they may have more enegy while on the hCG Diet. Walking is the easiest and simplest of all exercises. As this is something we do daily.
